Prior to founding Hoban Search, Ben has successfully grown teams for world-leading Alternative Investment businesses, established a recruitment office in Frankfurt and grown the international presence of a boutique executive search practice through his personal approach and in-depth knowledge of talent skillset.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys outdoor endeavours including snowboarding, surfing and rock climbing, refining his goulash recipes, biohacking his body, the sounds of electronic music and living in new locations in the world.
